Return Policy

 Returns AND REPLACEMENTS

 Our goal is to make your shopping experience 100% safe, convenient and hassle free. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return the item        in its original condition, and packaging, unopened and unused to Perfume Club. We will accept returns for any perfume-club.ca products, upon you receiving your item(s) within  14 days of the delivery date.

 Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered,      unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to returned items that have been used/open and/or not returned in their original condition and packaging. We can only        refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error.

 All credits and refunds are subject to approval by Perfume Club. Please contact Customer Service by e-mail at:info@krcperfume.com. If a return is authorized, the  customer   service agent will issue you a return authorization number, please retain all postal and insurance receipts for your records. Any returned merchandise received in our        warehouse without proper authorization by Perfume Club Inc. is not eligible for refund or credit.

 Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order, or wrong shipment) must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt by contacting   Customer Service at: info@krcperfume.com.

Please note that we try to be as accurate as possible with photos but do not always have a pictures of individual sizes, body lotions, shower gels, gift sets, etc. We may not always have accurate photo representation of products, and may have shown a generic picture to indicate a line of products. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.

If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well. 

Returns must be shipped directly to perfume-club.ca. Perfume Club retail stores cannot accept returned merchandise originated from Perfume-club.ca. Please include the      following information with your return:
